My background spans design leadership, digital platforms, and organizational change in public-facing institutions. I’ve led teams, built governance frameworks, and partnered with senior leaders to modernize how organizations operate while staying grounded in purpose, accountability, and public trust, often in environments where platforms, governance, and adoption matter as much as the interface itself.
